I'm the mastermind behind Movement Makers, a group on a mission to inspire and empower 1000 leaders within the next decade. Our goal? To start a movement that'll positively impact millions of lives!

For 15 years, I've been a coach, trainer, and workshop facilitator, honing my skills in conscious business, leadership, genius, universal laws, and manifestation. You might even recognize me from my appearances on ABC, Fox, and CBC TV Canada.

I'm certified in Tantra and Ayurvedic Massage Therapy, and I love to combine movement, healing, and bodywork in my Heart Opening Plant Medicine Ceremonies. My ultimate aim? To heal trauma and reset the nervous system.

When I'm not working, you can find me dancing up a storm, exploring embodiment, sensuality, somatic bodywork, and anything else that leads to transformation.

I'm 100% in this work to dig deep and spread more light.
